I'm new to the mod and I must say that I've been thoroughly surprised by the quality and the in-depth of it! It brought me back to HoI4 after months of abandonment.

I played it solo a couple of times over. But now I'm in the middle of a multiplayer game where my friend playing the Ottomans is quite strongly beating the c**** out of the Balkan League and I was wondering when June 28 1914 rolls around, what will happen? Is the start of WW1 hard-coded even if Serbia is at war/non-existent?

I would like to know what to expect!
