Game always crashes on start up with this mod
title says it all

I fixed it, just done what creator said lol

Close the HOI IV Launcher
Unsubscribe the Mod
Go to "\steamapps\workshop\content\394360" and delete the folder "699709023"
Go to "\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod" and delete "ugc_699709023.mod"
In Steam Settings, go to "Downloads" and select "CLEAR DOWNLOAD CACHE"
Subscribe again

I have done that three times and still crashing, any help?

it says to go back to 1.9.1
