How about putting the "Solidify Frontlines" debuff into the game by some circumstances, for example in france/belgium if the front isnt broken at some timepoint?
And putting the "Planned Offensive" function but for a really short period of time, after expiration of which the debuff would be put back in?
Would be real good for the experience
