I have run into an issue where the Balkan war(First?) dragged on until 1914. The Balkan League actually lost and the Ottomans returned to their original boarders; So far it is Feb 1915 and no triggering of ww1. I'm sure that by the balkan countries losing the war it has caused some scripting issues. Is there a way I can work around this? or trigger the events my self?
