So I was playing as russian empire and triggered the revolution, so I switched to Soviet Russia. After I couldnt assign any of my divisions, the little bar at the bottom that you click to add divisions just dissappears after i click on any of my divisions. I used observe in the console and the AI did it perfectly, so I think its a bug. WIth this bug I cant even make frontlines or offensive lines, fallbacks etc
