I am having the same issue. I can't locate the vocalizer in the settings. Please help.

i found that not letting my mods load and immediately going to settings worked once my mods loaded i couldnt find the vocalizer anymore

Most likely you have conflicting add-on, one which also offers keybindings through Options. For example some 3rd person mods, Admin System radial menu mods, bots improving add-ons with radial menus, just to name a few.

It seems that conflicting add-on is not yet loaded when you go immediately to Options and that's why you can then still see the vocalizer settings. But as soon as the conflicting add-on is loaded, you won't see the vocalizer settings anymore.

Hi, sir. Thanks for your response. I already removed all possible conflicting add ons and even unsubscribed to them but the vocalizer option is still not showing up on my end. Is there anything else that I can do? I would really love to try your vocalizer. Thanks!

Do you have Left 4 Dead 2 installed in non-default location (which is not on default C: drive path)? If that's the case, maybe it's causing you problems with add-ons. You can try manually installing the vocalizer from GameMaps:

The other thing you can also try is to manually bind the keys using console. Check out this discussion post to learn how:

Anyway, I can only give you some guidelines, but it's really up to you to do the troubleshooting and find what's the cause of your problem. Because there's so many add-ons, possibility for conflicts and game setups/configurations that's impossible to predict every possible situation. Good luck!

what I had to do was put this mod directly into my mods folder then before all my mods loaded when I started the game I had to edit the binds
