have you subscribed to this addon? and oh yea you have to go to community then type garrys mod then type Pertrik Ster SNPC in the gmod addon work shop search. to make a dupe and publish it sub to this item go to a random gmod map if a box comes up telling you if you whant this npc to learn this map just say yes then it well ask you right no just click "Go ahead!" an might take long then the map will restart then spawn the npc then right click it with the dupelicator then go to the dupes tab then click save dupe and itll save then go to publish dupe! i hope this helped you in some way.
