Any way you might be able to animate the portraits or can that not be done?

Animating the portraits is possible, but it is a lot of work and it was originally what I wanted to do in this project. The problem is that Maya is a very complex tool, and while I have experience with 3D Studio Max, my experience doesn't translate as smoothly as I'd wish, so I ran out of time and I don't really feel like buying the full version just to mod one game.

Otherwise, I prepared a lot of assets for just animating the characters, albeit it'd still be a ton of work.

Can you limit the CPU government type to the Neptunia races only? Because Im finding random empires without a name that have that government type.

Oh boy, that is one nutty ass bug. The randomizer isn't even supposed to pick that one.

How about adding 1 super army for the nep nations representing the CPU. Only one CPU so only 1 can be recruited and it has to die for you to create a new one.

How about making the other planets in the system to terraforming canditates so they arent just there useless. I also suggest making a super system where all of the different CPUs spawn and you have to compete to get out of the solar system. And plz make the capital planets atleast 20 tiles or more :)

I see the thing above where someone asked about limiting the CPU gov type to Neptunia races only, but if there is a way to still make it possible for the player to use it for custom empires that would be nice, so we could make our own CPU custom empires. I don't know if this is possible while still stopping the AI from using it on non-neptunia empires, but if it is please consider it.

I have no plans to make the CPU government type only selectable by neptunia races. The only way to get it is to have the CPU civic anyway.

I know that this is a very low ranking request in terms of task that you are doing for this mod, but can you please add ASIC portraits?
