Is this map or commercial district mountable in any other game?
I tried hl2 ep2 and hl2 update but they all crashed

Same. Probably its because of either css textures, or somethin else.

games don't crash due to missing materials or models. for my money i'd say it's because the district maps use entities that hl2 doesn't have.
