It'd be more for the scout because Quote seems to look more like a scout instead of a medic. If you know who the hell Quote is.

2 things;
1. idea for medic promo item; red crystal
2. i don't quite get why everyone autamticaly assumes the scout would be an ideal replacement for quote. I mean, beside the fact that quote looks like he is weating a headset... and they both wear baseball caps... and i can't realy think of any better class...... ok, point taken.
