Cave Story Reskins
I was thinking about Cave Story themed weapons for the Scout.

Primary - Force a Nature Reskin - The [actual and rainbow colored] Spur
* Except that this could use a charging mechanic, to make it more authentic
** Also could try the Lvl 3 Machine Gun instead

Secondary - Flying Guillotine Reskin - King's Blade Lvl 1
* Makes sense, right?

Secondary - Pistol Reskin - Polar Star
* Could make a custom model for the bullets

Any other ideas/thoughts?
