@MrFazbear Not sure. I have every game needed for gmod.
Here are some ways to fix that:
• Have you ran the half-life games yet?
• Do you have the most used game: CS:S ?
• Have you verified cache on the games you loaded to Gmod
• Is gmod updated
• Are all the half-life games (and if CS:S was downloaded and ran) updated.
• Did you download the game, or get the textures from a website.
• Did you try other maps to see if they are fixed too?
• Do you own Half-Life, not just the episodes?

Well, there's you're problem. Glad you got it fixed.
What that means is to open up the gmod main menu screen and find the controler in the bottom right hand side on the screen. Click that and select what games you want to load in.
