Use the mouse wheel. I have not tried it yet but, I have been told that is how.

It seems that it shows alot of options but only 2 of them are actually working (the head and the rest of the body) it also matters on what model you use it.

Thanks. I tried it on a hunter, a citizen, and a manhack. The render effects worked properly on the hunter. I could make parts of it flash, etc. I'm wondering if another addon is messing it up. But, I don't see a script error warning. Idk. Thanks for your input, guys.

Hey dude. Something I find that helps is to look at your ragdoll, turn the "master" color to solid white at full "alpha," aka transparency, then go down the list and turn every material a certain color, even if it's 100% white, with the left mouse button, followed by the material you want to color. It's a very finnicky addon and sometimes it needs extra clarification.

Most of those textures are not very visible. Some of the texture options you see are the inside of the mouth and the eyes, both iris and full eye color. Once again, this addon is not broken. You people complaining about errors have conflicting addons.

Also, you can only recolor the textures of a ragdoll. Most models have only a few textures. They key to coloring specific parts of ragdolls is to find ragdolls that have many textures.

Why don't you learn to check your other addons for conflicts with this one? I've done extensive testing with only this addon installed, and there was not one error to be found.
