Textures?
The dining area floor is the wall tiles.
Left hallway wall on the right is floor tile.
Midway through the Right hallway floor is switching from blue to red.

The only advice I can give you, reinstall. It's definitly not a error from my side, so it must be either your downloaded file that got somehow corrupted or something with your SFM. If reinstalling doesn't work, try search your sfm installation for errors.
