ANOTHER LASERSWORD!?!? (a brief explanation)
I see there's a bit of misonception surrounding this mod. I'll clear this up by explaining a few things. The lasersword alpha mod was made quite some time ago by Camponês Imundo. He supported the mod for some time along with many other projects such as SCB mod. Some time after making all these mods he said goodbye to the community and left his source code open to whoever would like to takeover.

Sir Crusher is the head of this current lasersword you see and has taken Camponês Imundo's source code and fixed it adding the fx Camponês Imundo wanted to add with his lasersword testing item (which was broken). Sir Crusher is a friend of Camponês Imundo and is only trying to revive such a gem for the community to enjoy once more with some additional features. This mod is young despite it's real age it has lots of changes to go through so please stay tuned and watch this workshop item closely. Oh and please feal free to ask any questions in the discussions or in the comments and I will try and respond when I can.

hi. first of all, thank you for taking over this awesome mod. i think there are a few things you could improve to make the mod better
1.Could you change the hit sounds, make it lounder and more noticeable? I mean sword contact's sounds are good already but when you hit someone, the sound is really weak. It would be better if u hit someone and u could hear and feel the flesh meat burning.
2.Could you change the dismemberment chance? like 100 percent dismember when u finish off an enemy. Or could you increase the lightsaber damage. make it more realistic because atm, i dont really care about the balance at all!

@It's kind of a...funny story?

Hey there, I recall you making this comment on the other alpha mod (the original Lasersword). Dismemberment is already more common as it is and I don't think we can make it 100% chance, besides that ruins the fun of decaps being special. As for the sounds we're really not concerned about that sort of thing, as of right now the focus is on making better balance and mechanics for the mod to play and feel good. We'll consider changes to sound and visuals later on.

I got some great suggestion and ideas :D
Additioanal weapons : Vibro Axe ; Vibro knife ; vibro sword ; cortosis sword :steamhappy:
I am soon gonna model a more or less Low.poly Vibro axe ..but max detaile and 100% accurate ill give you the model once its done :D
