I also agree with Krisi9, but not in sapper damage thing.
Maybe clip capaity decreased by 4, +45% increased damage, -35% slower firing speed with no random critical hits would be nice idea.
Each kill with the revolver increases sapper damage by +1, up to +5
+15% damage
