Not working for me ...?
Any ideas, I tried turning all mods off/on and nothing I try works. It seemed to be working fine one moment, then not the next.

The Mod C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\255710\690066392 [American RoadSigns.dll] has caused an error [ModException]

Ok, I have determined the issue... The European Theme is causing the issue. I started a new game with a Tropical Theme, all works great. I started a new game with a European Theme, I get the error again and the mod does not work. I tried again on my save game, European Theme, it does not work. The previous game I had been playing that it worked with was a Tropical Theme, but I had deleted that save game.

Can report this is still an issue, except I'm using the winter theme. Any way to fix this?

I guess you have to have tropical or i dont know sorry
