New Faction Starting Positions
Here is how the new start positions will be

Gelt: Nuln
Azhag: Karak Ungor
Ungrim: Karak Kadrin
Kemler: Mousillon

To keep this still challenging, those factions (red eye and wissenland) who have more than 1 starting region will have their extra regions given to a neighbouring faction.
