It doesn't download fully in the mod manager. It just sits at about 25%. It doesnt move past that and i've had the program running all day. I've uninstalled the game, verified the files, Unsubscribed and then subscribed about 3 times. I really want to check out this mod but i dont know what to do? help?

The radious unit mod installed perfectly.
