So, do you craft these armor and weapons at a forge or what? You never specified.

You craft them at the forge under Deadric, and you need the archane and steel smithing perk.
I really like this armor but one armor i would love to see even more from the DK3 game is the Fallen Knight armor, that is my all time favorite armor in-game so if he ever does want to make some more armor from DK3 that would be one i'd love to see.

I think it's just the Helmet's size that puts me off, way too small for anyone's head to fit in.

EDIT: But it fits a Pyromancy + Single Blade focused Character, or someone who is all with Fire.
