Delete the mod folder in your workshop folder.

This sort of thing doesn't happen unless there's something seriously wrong with your installation or you have another mod that makes ships appear smaller.

I have this problem. Nothing will fix it.

To revert, I had to totally re-install Stellaris from the ground up. Even deleting the mod folder didn't revert the changes after unsubbing from the mod.

Yeah I just reinstalled the whole game and that got rid of it

I know this is super old but did anyone have success doing something other than reinstalling the whole game because I already did that and started a new game and still doesn't get rid of this mod? I can't get ships back to normal no matter what I try.

I seem to have found a fix: Unsub from this mod, download the 'downscale updated' mod, enable and play the mod, exit, and then disable the mod and re-open the game. Your ships should now be in vanilla size.
