I am encountering the same thing. After the turret makes the elevator drop, you get squished into the scenery and have to reload. It's supposed to end before that happens based on videos of people completing it.

I dont know if its missing material in the level or something but it just does not work. ive tried noclip to see whats wrong but id guess its from the map creator himself
