I simply don't see a use for this taunt. Most taunts have uses, such as the "I see you", but this taunt has no practical use.

most other taunts don't have a very practical use either, like the scouts sand-man taunt and the engineers gunslinger taunt (that's my thoughts though)

Taunts are just there for adding fun into the game. The "I see you" taunt is really used (how i use it) if an enemy is hiding then you would use it. This taunt can be used for lots of situations. ex. You kill an enemy with your secondary, then "light" them on fire
