OK. So nuked it myself and subscribed to it - all is fine on my end. It could be a collision of data with another mod. Try truning all other mods, then running the game. I will need to know what mod caused this if that is so.

Also, I think the mod folder has moved from documents to local storage, so check you documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\workshop\content\ and delete the doge.zip manualy

What about disabling all other mods and only having the Doge mode enabled? Did that make the second selection appear?
