Is this issue solved for you? I don't see any issue on mine. Are you sure you've subscribed to the mod?

No, not yet. and I tried manual setup of this mod

Maybe it's not in the right place?

You have to put the "colonize_unlimited" folder and the "colonize_unlimited.mod" file into "C:\Users\your_user\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod\"
(I'm assuming you're on Windows.

I can't check my linux atm but I think it'd be somewhere in your "/home/user" folder?)
