To start, this mod is awesome! well done!

Now, I have no idea if this is even possible, but it would be really nice if the sector's built Pops on thier own. Or perhaps (if the other is not possible) there might be a way that you can tell the Pops to begin growing like a normal race. Not a perfect fix, but you dont have to micromanage every planet's populaitons. Again, this is an awesome mod and is in no way broken by this, but it would be more helpful if this were the case.
