Up north, a place called Sarge Retreat (Safe Zone). There's one ans it's the only NPC I have seen so far.

No way, I've been in this building that has the wire you can ride to get to the roof and didn't see any NPC. I'll check it out again. I did a house around EZ ridez near to the shore and already have a 6 seat makeshift vehicle ready to mow down some zombies.

Make sure you have the required "NPC addon" subbed!

I've been back there and found no NPC. I downloaded your NPC addon before downloading the map. Maybe there is some bug. Would you screenshot the NPC location with him on the screen so I can confirm? I noticed some glitched(blinking/twitching) floors around that place.

Joshua is standing in the middle of the safe zone at Sarges Retreat, near the central tree planted in the compound. Pirate is onboard the Pirate ship, also marked on the map. There are some trade crates scattered around the map, too (crates with red flags), and I will be adding a drug lord and addict NPCs as part of the economy changes in upcoming map update. More storyline and quest NPCs are planned for later.

There is no pirate on the ship for me, and i have everything subbed :/

where are crates with red flags? can't seem to find them

The only npc that shows and can be interacted with is Joshua. Pirate is not on the ship and the dred guy with shades does nothing. Crates are fine. Joshua is working fine.

I found an umbrella and treasure chest under the water O_o

can the NPC addon get fixed? it doesnt seem to work no more
