Stats...
I honestly think it should be something like this:
+10 additional health per backstab (Up to 155)
+20% Faster Decloak and cloak
-Can only deal damage through backstabs
Or something around the lines of that...

Or how about makes cloak and uncloak sounds louder but gives enemies bleed until they reach a health pack.

I want it to have something that makes it not as bad if you miss you'r backstab...
