"No available weapons" in the random weapon box.
It kept saying "No available weapons" in the random weapon box, and I don't know why.

Did you turn on Advanced settings and went to: Map setting and in the map settings it will say random box weapons then you will be able to add weapons into the mystery box.

I believe I have fixed it long ago, although I don't remember much as it has been a long time. I might've did your instructions and fixed it though.
