I think it good. when Japanese faction have some Heavy Tank or something can fight to another heavy tank from other faction 'w'

I have test this mod. and I can say this is mod is very interesting. Infantry unit in Japanese Army is very awesome *-* . I hope you create some Sniper troop , Motar team and Anti-Tank suicide unit (about Anti tank unit. I hope to see Type-4 Rocket launcher unit for soon 'w') about tank. I know Japanese Tank it very weak. but this is not balance. last match I play with Soviet A.I. I cry so much when T-34 or KV-1 come to destroyed my frontline. I hope you can have some more tank in this mod
P.S I destroyed KV-1 by AT-tank gun and 2 chi-ha. I lost all 2 chi-ha :steamsad:

okay nebaka . . Here is my req . . The prob with the japanese force is that . .
The man power problem . .In history , it's known that japanese fighting style is not like soviet . . They do not swarm the enemy with big number but with big balls . .
Reduce the number of infantry of the 1st main infantry . . and increase their mainpower . . Also , change from the close effectiveness to mid range effectiveness . . The pop cap of the enginner is damn imba.. Haha , 6 people for 4 pop ? Later I about this japanese faction balance patch like relic thus . . Maybe it may help u balance it more and make it more playable and acceptable . :D

Havent been able to download the mod yet unfortunatly, however Id like to share this about the Shinhoto Chi-Ha.

Since this tank had a semi-auto loader and light ammo, it could reload around twice as fast than the avarage medium tank, such as the Sherman for example. This would give it a good advantage and it would be accuarate too.

Its shells being calliber 47mm could deal bit more than half the damage a Sherman does for example, however 47+47 during a single Sherman reload is enough to compensate too. The Shinhoto with such reload and firepower makes it competent enough to hold itself against any other medium tank on a 1vs1 actually.

i am sorry for my bad english, the mortar 320mm is a nice idea, but it have litte range, too litle rang (or its to expensive). there are a nice mortar tipe 97\94
there are a loot of kind a different infantri units, and (for me) the "banzai ability" must be more powerful. i have find realy nice the option for camufage for all units. can you introduce it for bunker whit mg? and introduce the sniper's

the japanese had extremely effective fixed defensive positions. Maybe something along those lines?

For anti-tank you could use the Type 4 70mm AT rocket, Type 99 AT mine (these were neat because they had magnets, and could be stacked for greater effect). Also the Type 94 vehicles that were modified for chemical warfare might be interesting.
