Is Sonic 3 Complete available on the simple launcher?
My PC is absolute ass so the regular launcher runs horribly for me, is there anyway to use the mod with the simple launcher?

No, sorry.
The best thing you can do is turn down all the graphics and go into windowed 800 X 600 resolution and hope for the best.

I really wish it did. The audio for me starts to glitch in game, and no matter what I do, I can't fix it

My pc didn't really work with the original launcher,but after doing those things,it works great! Thanks
