You can see how the "stem" of the cloud goes in the top cloud or mushroom head and the bomb detonated in that GIF was detonated high in the sky so it was not just a ball like in this mod it formed a second cloud underneath. Last but not least : The size, in real life the little boy is nothing compared to the Tsar bomba but in this addon its about half (i did a test).
