In the March 10th update, it says that doors snap to the prebuilts. It would be nice if they were to snap to the doorway and not the wall. (If I knew how to upload a screenshot, I would...)

So, I'll describe it. I am using Prebuilt #3. If you are looking straight at the doorway, the door snaps in such a way, that the right side of the doorway is in the middle of the door when the door is "closed".
I tried all the different doors, vanilla and Medieval. They all snap that way.

Other than that, great mod!! It's one of my "must have" mods. Keep up the good work!
