READ BEFORE REQUESTING MORE OPERATORS.
Currently, the game's engine allows Intel GPA to extract models and textures. However, the proccess is difficult, since it's hard to locate the meshes and the rest of the 'stuff'. An user from the FacePunch forums managed to extract the current 4 operators available in Gmod (Jäger, Doc, Kapkan and I.Q), but then he dropped the rest since he had more projects and other games to keep extracting things from.

If this person uploads any other model extracted from R6:S, Lenoax will make it. This is not limited to this person only, so if you have the game, try insalling Intel GPA and see if you can extract the models, with their textures (with this I mean, fixed UV's, normals/bumpmaps, diffuse maps, etc), and post a download to them here.

I'd like to clarify that I have tried installing Intel GPA myself so I can get the models, but the installer refuses to install the program at 95%, and shows an error about a missing DLL file, then it procceeds to delete everything.

That's the reason why I made this specific discussion, because maybe someone has the game and might want to try themselves to get the models out of it.

I didn't ask for clarification I merely rode on the back of this thread to make a crappy joke for me to laugh at. Don't mind me, I'm only passing by.

Not worried about that. I'm only worried about finding out what GPA stands for, god forbid my router know I'm self-conscious about my grades (sarcasm again).

Intel GPA is a program used for several things related to games, mostly extracting models into a common format (FBX, OBJ, etc) with their corresponding textures

You can try downloading it from the Intel website, it's free and the install procedure is easy
