Mod doesn't load
I've subscribed, it shows up in mod manager, everything appears like it should work, but it never shows anything new on the loading screen, it just stays at 50% loaded. No other mods are in use other than a few assets (A roundabout, stack interchange, and the like). Any tips to get the mod to load?

Steam issues. Really annoying when they happen. It is so common that TMPE has a guide about it, here:

https://github.com/CitiesSkylinesMods/TMPE/wiki/Troubleshooting#content-manager--mod-options--settings

The Steam tricks listed there are quite applicable for all mods.
