It would pretty much stop all enemies in a radius and have the abillity to roll back time on a dead player to bring them back to life, this item would have to recharge per usage, it's craftable by only mokey and i'm not too sure how you would go about crafting it. Other characters can use it but they lose sanity when they do, 15 - 25 when stopping time in a radius & 50 - 100 when rewinding time to resurect someone.
