Artifact of the Destroyer
looked in the wiki and don't see it in the caves. Is it in one of the underwater caves?

Could this be an SE artifact? I only have the 10 from theisland.

Yes along with Crag and Gatekeeper. All 3 are required by Extinction Core to craft the boss matrix's for saddle taming.

I think you can get them in extinction core by killing chieftains.
