when you make a new game in sandbox mode you die when you spawn in

My bug is when i go back into my game after i get out i just die i spended like 12 hours on a base then i randomly die from air like what is this? please fix this i picked a blood type and the bloodtype balencer.

What is your choosen blood type? I'll try to fix it
