What if the engi using this taunt is wearing the level three chin?

I can just imagine someone positoning themselves just out of sight below a ledge, activating the taunt, and having their new audience see a hat rise up out from behind the ledge, followed with the iconic "nope", and a fat-cheeked engineer face rising up to meet the hat.

It would be nice whilst doing the taunt the whole neck will have a chin than just below the head
