It's probably an sfm stock sound, I see nothing wrong with that

The whistle is a public domain sound effect - we checked before we put it. We're looking into the DMCA claim, we know it's not JimboMcB as he's a part of the project. Unfortunately, we haven't been passed on any further information at this time, so we can't say anything further.
