sorry for the disappointment, but you cannot, even you spend 5 dollars for getting it you still can't, its not because a bug but the creator set is to subscribe = false, sorry for that guys

Why would he do that?

well you can like it so valve will add it to the game, however you need to spend 5 dollars to like the item, if the like is alot, it will be in the game, but if the dislike is alot it will not added into the game, soon if the taunt is exist on the game it had their own stats
