you havent demonstrated how other hats work with this taunt.

or if all hats even work with it.

you dont want a hat floating between the neck since it wont go up with the head.

Well, you can just have the Engineer's goggles float above him.

Wait... isn't the behind of Engineer's goggles supposed to be a secret? DAMMIT.
