I have an idea to make a perfect new scout melee name it the torch bearer. It dries wet players and sets dry enemies alight. Wet enemies are not set alight but will be dried. The weapon will have a -50% damage penalty, a + 25% swing speed and lastly -15% fire damage.

I am bad at modeling so can someone make this weapon and quote me in it. The weapon will be a torch with an aztec look to it, and a team hued fire on it. Thanks
