Sniper Scope Is Not Working.
Exactly, when I equip sniper scopes on rifles and shoot, NPC or object not have got damage.
Is it some bugs about sniper scopes, or missing script?

Make sure you are hitting your targets, I guess. I even published Hitmarker addon for CW2, you can try that out.
