To get the camera LUA, you'll need to decompile the Tellurian SGA file with the ModPackager tool. It should be named telluriandata.SGA. Save the contents of it to a folder you'll remember. The beginning portions of this guide should roughly explain how to use the ModPackager tool if you need any further clarification.
As to where you want to put the file, just simply copy and paste the Tellurian camera LUA into IC/Data if you want it in Vanilla and do Insect/Data if you want it in Insect Invasion. If those Data folders don't already exist inside IC or inside Insect, just make them yourself and it'll work fine.
Keep in mind that I'm pretty sure the game will overwrite your copied camera LUA unless you go into moddev mode. To do that, go to your Steam library, go to Impossible Creatures, click on Properties, and then write in '-moddev'. This keeps the game from updating its files so that you can mod them. However, that does mean that you'll need to disable it or reinstall Tellurian manually if you want to get future Tellurian updates.
Let me know if you have any issues or any questions. I'm not a Tellurian developer, but I know how to mod.

Also no need to use moddev since you're adding a new file and not changing an existing one.
And, for your information Nirvana, packing the mod into an archive significantly reduces filesize and has greatly reduced slowbooting time for most people. Not all of our decisions revolve around you.
I already stated in my first post that I assumed it had nothing to do with my suggestion. Good to know the actual reason though.
