If you want to save your settings
It is recommended to use Notepad++ to access and save the settings: https://notepad-plus-plus.org/

1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons
2. Find low_health_effect_652896605, or look up 652896605 on your file search.
3. There are values in the notepad. Do not touch anything but the values.
4. Click 'File', and click 'Save'. You can also Ctrl + S to save too.
5. Your settings are now saved. You do not need to manually type these commands on the console.

Note: Your settings will still reset if you uninstall this addon.

Hi, I changed the variables to 0 to make the effects off, and I saved the modifications but it is not working, my game is keeping the effects.
Can someone help ? Thanks.

it doesnt work it just now literally broke the addon it now says failed to parse addon file in the addons tab

Try doing CTRL + S. This will save your settings.
