That would be a ton of work. I've been running this map for weeks now and still have barely scratched the surface. You're asking a lot of someone to create something like this.

That said, you can get rare flowers/mushrooms from certain foliage just like in SE.

There are some small flowers that are white, about waist high tall, and skinny. They give berries and rare flower.

I'd also like to know where all the resources are, but I guess I'll just have to explore

Sorry to necro this, but it came up on our server today. Rare Flowers can be found in "pitcher plants" - and there are SEVERAL places all over the map where they spawn in quantity. If you have found the lovely ruins with the lake and a couple of explorer notes, there is another lake nearby at a much lower altitude. This lake is almost perfectly circular. Check around there for a fair number of pitcher plants.
