PartiallyRoyal has continually had issues with these high level rexes and got to the point where they blanket banned them from being tamed at all on their server.
Not the settings in the .ini. Try your wisdom again. I will be waiting young grasshopper.
1. The link is there and working just fine, if you can't see it, it is a problem on your end kiddo
2. There are other ways to accidentally affect a spawn points natural spawn level threshold
3. You are clearly just a troll not not helping in any way and your comments are unfounded and in distaste
To whomever actually is looking for an actual SOLUTION. I'll be testing it out in single player tomorrow to see if I can find out exactly where some of the the spawns are and then report back my findings.
I currently have a 6 server cluster including Thieves Island and I have tested it with no mods on a generic vanilla install and I still see the higher level rexes.
I am not saying the map's author has caused this, maybe it is a bug in Ark. But it is definitely real.
