How to move the arrows
OKAY so first

you need to get TWO mods:

Then you need to use the first mod to turn the effect into a prop (MOST VITAL STEP)
next, use advanced bone tool to manipulate the arrow in the way you want it to.
(the supposed "script" to move these things normally is nonexistent)
thats it
thats all you need to do

It works but both side aren't the same. when one arrow points at the E the other arrow points at the F. But I'll deal with it.

Yeah there two sides of the dispenser screens which means two arrows
