you should take away the -20 max health on wearer and make it like 10 or less. Also add that it has a 10% chance of penetrating through the sniper razorback or not effective to razorbacks but make it a really rare weopon. This is all want and this weapon will beautiful

Never bring RNG into anything. Either make it guaranteed to bypass the razorback or give it some other razorback-related immunity, such as being able to cloak while stunned.

What about it can bypass through the razorback and kill the enemy but you cant cloack for 5 or more seconds. That is a good + and - . so yeah that was my idea. respond if you like it.
